SimpleERP Sales Privacy Policy

SimpleERP Sales is the mobile app of the SimpleERP business system, provided by High Speed Information Technology. Each company that uses SimpleERP runs its own SimpleERP server, and the app connects only to the server address you enter. Your company decides which features and permissions you have and is responsible for the business records the app shows. This policy explains what the app collects and why.

What the app collects

• Your user name (user ID), to sign you in to your company's SimpleERP server and show what you are allowed to do.
• Business records you enter or view: sales invoices, returns, purchases, POS sessions, stock movements, items and customers. These belong to your company and are stored on its server.
• Contact details: your name and email as stored in your SimpleERP user profile, and the names, phone numbers, email addresses and addresses of your company's customers and suppliers that you enter or view. They are used only to run your company's sales and invoicing and are stored on its server.
• Photos of items or customers that you choose to take with the camera or pick from your photo library. They are uploaded to your company's server only when you attach them.

Device permissions

• Camera: to scan item barcodes and to take item or customer photos. Barcode scanning happens on your phone; camera images are not sent anywhere unless you attach a photo.
• Photo library: only when you choose a photo to attach, or save one.
• Local network: to reach your company's SimpleERP server if it runs on your office network.

How it is used

All of this is used only to provide the app's functions: selling, invoicing, stock and customer management. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold, and it is not used to track you across other apps or websites. The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Data is sent to your company's own SimpleERP server and is visible to the users your company authorises. Use an HTTPS server address so the connection is encrypted. We do not receive or share your company's data. The app keeps your server address and sign-in session on your phone.

What the app does not collect

Location, contacts, health data, payment card details, browsing or search history, and advertising identifiers.

Keeping and deleting your data

Business records are kept on your company's server for as long as its policies and the law require. Accounts are created and removed by your company's SimpleERP administrator. To see, correct or delete your data, contact your administrator, or email us and we will help. Signing out or deleting the app removes the saved session from your phone.

Children

SimpleERP Sales is a business app and is not meant for children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
